In the depths of the Great Depression, amidst the crumbling economy and societal upheaval, our protagonist finds herself navigating a treacherous landscape where every decision carries the weight of survival. As a single woman in a world where value is often measured in currency and assets, she grapples with the stark reality of her own worth, both monetarily and intrinsically.

Against the backdrop of economic collapse, her journey becomes a poignant exploration of resilience and determination. With each passing day, she confronts the harsh realities of poverty, yet refuses to relinquish her agency or compromise her integrity. Her story becomes a testament to the indomitable human spirit in the face of adversity.

In this unique one-woman show, live projections and projectionists become integral elements of both the design and performance landscape. Through the interplay of live imagery and storytelling, the audience is transported into the heart of the protagonist's struggle, experiencing the visceral intensity of her journey in real-time. It's a multimedia experience that blurs the lines between reality and imagination, inviting viewers to immerse themselves fully in the world of the play.
